makeDoc will convert markdown, OPML and plain text into Microsoft Word format (Office2007 and above.) Create your document using one of the great markdown/text editors on iOS then send it over to makeDoc for conversion to Word. Once converted, documents can be previewed, emailed, printed or sent to another app such as Dropbox, GoodReader, Evernote, Pages etc. You can even send OPML outlines from apps such as OmniOutliner for conversion.
